Cricket Australia and Queensland Cricket have announced that patrons who purchased tickets to Day two are eligable for a refund (minus $2.50 admin fee) as no play was possible.  For patrons who purchased their ticket via the internet, phone or mail order, refunds will be automatically paid back to your credit card.  For patrons who purhcased their ticket from a Ticketmaster outlet or at the gate, please hold onto your ticket as proof of purchase and contact Ticketmaster on 1300 136 122 to arrange your refund.

Change to pedestrian access - Patrons please be aware of temporary changes to pedestrian access to Gate 9 of The Gabba during the Test match. The footpath along the eastbound lane of Stanley Street from Wellington Road to Gate 9 will be closed during this time. Signage and traffic management will be in place to divert pedestrians safely around the existing work sites.  These changed conditions are due to Queensland Urban Utilities’ Woolloongabba Sewer Capacity Upgrade Project. Disability seating tickets are available through Ticketmaster.  The disability drop off point is located at Duke Street, opposite Gate 5 off Vulture Street.
